Swap the beach for the rainforest and head out to the Byron Bay Hinterland to start your Big Day Out. Taking in the scenery, enjoy a 2-hour guided rainforest walk to the base of&nbsp;the spectacular Minyon Falls (moderate fitness required).&nbsp;Offering breathtaking views over a 100m drop, it&#39;s the highest waterfall in the region.

Enjoy a swim in the pristine freshwater pools of the falls, photograph the abundant wildlife&nbsp;or&nbsp;simply relax and get in touch with nature. The hike and swim will have worked up an appetite for a delicious, locally-sourced BBQ lunch before winding your way to the next destination.

Arrive&nbsp;at the oldest white settlement in the Byron Bay area, the famous little town of Bangalow (est.1840).&nbsp;Spend some time exploring Bangalow&#39;s fascinating mix of local shops, galleries and cafes.&nbsp;From Bangalow, weave through the beautiful hinterland landscape and past the many unspoilt historical hinterland towns that are sprinkled throughout the countryside on your way back to Byron Bay.&nbsp;

Tour Itinerary The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the client at any time. In all cases, The Operator will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour. What&#39;s Included The range of included services is mentioned under &quot;What ?s Included&quot; in the brochures, on our website and in the booking confirmation of The Operator. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which where necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don&#39;t change the style of the tour significant. The Operator reserves the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour. Cancellation Fees Cancellation less then 24 hours prior to departure date and time or no show: 100% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee. Cancellation less then 48 hours but more then 24 hours prior to departure date and time: 25% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to departure date and time: 15% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee. The Operator&nbsp;reserve the right to cancel a tour due to dangerous weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants to operate the tour couldn&#39;t be reached. In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either not charge money for the tour cancelled or to offer the customer an alternative tour. The alternative tour options offered invariably operate on different dates to the customer&#39;s original choice; making it all the more difficult to fit around the customers other prearranged plans. To take up the alternative tour options the customer will usually have to amend his/her other arrangements either side of your Byron Bay visit. Any expenses associated with those changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of the customer, and not The Operator. Unclaimed Benefits Should the customer not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund. Responsibility The Operator is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its pamphlets. It is understood and agreed that The Operator is not the guardian of any customer&#39;s safety and they can not be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the customer&#39;s participation on the tour. The Operator disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries and costs the customer might incur as a result of joining our tour. The customer&#39;s safety is our concern but the customer&#39;s responsibility. Release and Waiver Every participant of our tours has to sign a waiver before we start the tour. Although we take every measure to keep the customer safe, well and happy, we do strongly recommend that he/she has his/her own insurance in place. Terms and Conditions With the booking the customer accepts our Terms and Conditions of Trade as a binding contract between the customer and The Operator. The travel contract is accomplished by the booking confirmation of The Operator.
