It is a safety requirement&nbsp;that all travellers are able to walk from the bus across to the balloon basket, board the basket via two foot holes (1.2m in height) and stand for the duration of the flight all unassisted.

	<li>Child rate are applicable for children aged 3-12 years inclusive</li>
	<li>Proof of age is required under 5yrs</li>
	<li>Children aged 13 to 17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the rest of the tour including bus transfers</li>
	<li>Pregnant persons beyond 3 months (13 weeks or more) of pregnancy are not permitted to fly.</li>
	<li>The Operator will not carry passengers who have participated in a scuba dive the night before their balloon flight.</li>
	<li>At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgement is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine.</li>
	<li>The pilot in charge of the balloon has absolute discretion in deciding whether a passenger will fly or not.</li>
	<li>Please note, drop off is at Cairns Aquarium and customers will need to make their own way back to the hotel from Cairns Aquarium</li>
