If it’s forecast for heavy and consistent rain, lightning or very strong winds The Operator may cancel the tour and customers are entitled to a credit or a full refund. However, the boat has protection from the elements and it rarely rains for a sustained period of time in Sydney, so if it is forecast for sporadic rain and it is not deemed to be dangerous by the captain, the tour will go ahead.
