The entire experience, including transportation to and from the temple, lasts approximately 3 hours.

Everything you need for the ceremony, including traditional attire, will be provided. However, you may want to bring a small towel and a change of clothes if you prefer to change after the ceremony.

While the ceremony is primarily designed for adults, children who are able to respectfully participate in the ritual are welcome.

Yes, you will likely get wet as holy water is poured over you during the blessing. It is recommended to wear or bring suitable clothing for this.

You will receive positive energy of the existence of the holy water through a water blessing, which will be led by a holy man call Ida Mangku. This ritual will be preceded by worship to god, where the universe with all its components, then ask for over owing happiness to all mankind through the holy water called tirta and nature.

&nbsp;

This activity is located in an area not far from a lake spring with an area of approximately 5,000m2, called &lsquo;Telaga Tista&rsquo;. This spring is easily seen originated from underground streams owing from the Mount Agung upstreams and the surrounding hills.

&nbsp;

The community believes that these springs are highly sacred, therefore are always used for religious rituals, both those carried out in their respective homes/territories and held directly in the lake of Telaga Tista through a ceremony called Tirta Yatra.
