	<li>The seats within the cockpit of the double kayaks measure approximately 45cm across. If your body size exceeds the ability to rest within our kayaks, our guides reserve the power to determine if we are unable to safely accommodate you on tour. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>There is free car parking and toilet facilities available</li>
	<li>All participants are required to complete a Booking Form and Acceptance of Risk prior to joining any Freycinet Adventures Tour</li>
	<li>As we operate in the outdoors, weather conditions may affect our adventures. In this case, we alter the tour route to suit the conditions. If conditions are unsuitable to paddle in Coles Bay, the tour will relocate to an alternative location in the local area, such as Swanwick Bay, a sheltered area rich in birdlife located only 5 mins drive north of Coles Bay .&nbsp;</li>
	<li>The tour operator does not launch kayaks if we consider the sea conditions to be unsuitable for the group - safety is the most important factor in all of our decisions.</li>
