Yes, you can eat and drink on the boat, just no alcohol.

There are freshwater showers for you to wash the salt off, but these are not private showers.

Wave Break&#39;s maximum depth is just a little deeper than 18m.

Explore the underwater world of the Gold Coast, swimming among many species of fish and taking the opportunity to hand feed them&nbsp;on this four hour diving experience.

This single dive for certified divers takes place at&nbsp;Wave Break Island&nbsp;- an excellent snorkelling and diving destination. It boasts calm, protected waters with minimal swell and boat traffic, plus over 50 different species of fish with depths ranging from 0 to 15m.

&nbsp;

Starting on the beach, you&#39;ll soon make your way into deeper waters, with around 30 to 40 minutes underwater.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Many of the fish school in their hundreds and are very people friendly. This provides excellent opportunities for underwater photography and fish feeding.&nbsp;There&#39;s also a beautiful beach to relax on between exploring what Wave Break has to offer.

&nbsp;

After you surface, there is snorkel gear aboard, and you can take off for a relaxing snorkel or simply lounge about on the boat and enjoy light refreshments.&nbsp;

Visibility&nbsp;

Visibility varies daily, we check this for safety and customer satisfaction. Qld Scuba Diving Company reserves the right to change/cancel dives due to visibility.&nbsp;

Intoxication

No intoxicated person will be permitted to ride on the Qld Scuba Diving Company. Any of signs of Intoxication identified or suspected by Qld Scuba Diving Company staff will be acted upon and the ticket holder will not be permitted to ride.

LIABILITY

Scuba Diving with Qld Scuba Diving Company is at the ticket holders own risk. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained while on tour with Qld Scuba Diving Company &ndash; to the extent allowed by the law.

You will be liable for any loss or damage caused with Qld Scuba Diving Company by you or your invitees.

SMOKING, ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL DRUGS &amp; GLASS

Qld Scuba Diving Company and it&rsquo;s waiting areas are smoke-free and some external areas may be designated smoke-free.

No alcohol or illegal drugs are to be taken on board Qld Scuba Diving Company.

No Glass containers or any kind are to be taken on board Qld Scuba Diving Company.

PRIVACY

The information requested is only used in the processing of your tickets; in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, the information is not supplied to any third party. &nbsp;Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

GENERAL SAFETY

In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, you must follow all official directives. 
Please listen to your guide and driver during the safety briefing. 
No animals will be permitted onto Qld Scuba Diving Company, with the possible exception of guide dogs.

ENVIRONMENT &amp; COMMUNITY

We care for our environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided. Please do not throw anything into the water. Be waste and water wise &ndash; thank you.

REFUND POLICY

Customers are entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:-

Customer did not meet the medical requirements on the PADI medical declaration to go Scuba Diving, which is filled out first on the course day. 
Customer cancels their dive course within 48hrs prior to departure. 
If Queensland Scuba Diving Company cancels the dive trip for any reason. *Refund only valid for participants who arrived for the activity, all no shows will be charged 100% with no refund.&nbsp;

If the customer, for any reason, does not attend any of the scheduled course days that they plan with their instructor they will be required to reschedule their course. If you reschedule before 48hrs of the scheduled course date you will incur a rescheduling fee of $60. If you reschedule within 48hrs of the scheduled course date you will incur a rescheduling fee of $120. If you do not show up on your scheduled or rescheduled course date you will incur a rescheduling fee of $120.

Customers are entitled to a PARTIAL refund under the following circumstances:-

Customers who are unable to complete the required skills/demands of a PADI course on the FIRST day are entitled to a partial refund. Queensland Scuba Dive will keep the cost of the first day $200 and the PADI fees $75. The customer will be refunded a total of $195.

Customers who are unable to complete the required skills/demands of a PADI course on the SECOND day are entitled to a partial refund. Queensland Scuba Dive will keep the cost of the two days $350 and the PADI fees $75. The customer will be refunded a total of $45.

A PADI referral will be given to the customer if he/she ever decides to complete the PADI course with another PADI store at a later date within one year from the course commencement date.

All refunds must be paid back to the same credit card that was used to make payment. If the credit card is not available a refund cannot be given and a gift voucher will be issued for the value of the refund amount.

Customers are NOT entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:-

PADI fees paid to Queensland Scuba Diving Company for a PADI course (books and registration). 
Customer cancels the course on the THIRD day for any reason. 
Customer cancels within 48hrs of departure. 
ANY customers that have a booking but do not show up WILL be charge 100% with no refund.
