It is a requirement that all food, litter and any other waste are taken with you out of the National Park on completion of your visit.

Departure times from Noosa vary daily and are set around the low tide to access Double Island Point along Teewah beach. &nbsp;Please contact for specific departure times. Please allow 6 hours from pick up to drop off

Sunshine Coast&#39;s hidden gem is only accessibly by 4WD vehicles along the Great Beach Drive.&nbsp;The adventure starts&nbsp;along the Noosa North Shore, crossing via ferry to Teewah Beach, where you&#39;ll pass&nbsp;the stunning Rainbow Beach coloured sand cliffs &amp; Fraser Island views.&nbsp;You&#39;ll then arrive&nbsp;at an untouched paradise, Double Island Point, which boasts the easiest, longest wave in Australia

Tropical, warm water&nbsp;all year round, long empty surf and a plethora of wildlife are some of many of the National Park&rsquo;s highlights. With uncrowded waves, this place is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and is often passed by many travellers that simply don&#39;t know it&#39;s there. Ride crystal clear waves hundreds&nbsp;of meters long even as a beginner!

These&nbsp;beautiful waters, set in the Great Sandy Marine Park, are also&nbsp;often buzzing with local marine life, including large pods of dolphins, whales (over 35,000 this season), turtles, rays and sea birds, so keep an eye out in case you&#39;re sharing the waves!

Please read below terms and conditions carefully and contact for any further queries. All clients participating in aquatic activities provided by The Operator are required to complete and sign a Participant Declaration form on the day. Please be aware that any participants under 18 years will require parent/guardian consent.

 
Rates: All rates are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). All bookings are subject to availability and are on a request basis.

 
Online processing fee: A processing fee is applicable to all online payments made via direct debit, credit, debit or charge cards. &nbsp;This 2.6% processing fee is non-refundable.

 
Exclusions: Tours depart daily, excluding 25 December (Christmas Day). 
Minimum guest numbers: We require a minimum of 4 participants to operate and reserve the right on the rare occasion to postpone or cancel due to insufficient numbers.

 
Tour Departure Times: Departure times vary daily as a result of tide times to access Double Island Point along the Great Beach Drive. Please contact reception for specific daily departure times.

 
Child policy: Children must be over the age of 7 years and accompanied by a full paying adult. Adult rates apply for all guests. Please contact for children below 7 years and private tours as some exceptions are made when weather is ideal, safety seat will be required.

 
Liability disclosure conditions: All health/medical conditions must be informed to The Operator staff prior to departure &amp; detailed on completing participant declaration.

	<li>Participants must not participate in any activity if they have any injury, disability, medical or health condition that may increase them in becoming injured unless The Operator has been made aware of it and authorised and agreed for guests to participate.</li>
	<li>Participants active in aqua tours &amp; lessons must be able to swim competently. There is a weight limit for participants of 100kg for kayaking tours.</li>
</ul>

Cancellation Policy: Failure to show on time is non-refundable. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation inside 7 days payment in full is non-refundable. Any cancellation made by the customer due to weather or any other reason that is not made by management the above policy stands. The Operator reserves the right to change departure times or postpone tours due to poor weather, beach conditions or any other reason. Real-time assessment may result in cancellation before, on arrival or during tours. In these circumstances, the tour may be rebooked for a more suitable day.

 
The Operator&rsquo;s directors, management &amp; staff shall not be responsible or liable for death or injury to any persons, or loss of/damage to any property due to a person&#39;s negligence. Due to the natural and non-contrived environment in which tours operate, The Operator has a 9o% rate of spotting dolphins on tour. However, we do not guarantee sightings of dolphins or any other marine life on any given day.

 
Wildlife: Due to the natural and non-contrived environment in which tours operate, The Operator cannot guarantee sighting of dolphins or any other marine life within the Great Sandy National Park. Nevertheless, our success rate is on average 90% for dolphin spotting on tour and due to the remote location of the tour the chances are high.

 
The Operator does not conduct any commercial whale watching programs and as such does not guarantee any marine life sightings. However, during the whale migration season, our kayaking Eco tours often can come across migrating whales and the chances of experiencing the whales pass by in season are high.

 
Covid-19: The Operator reserves the right to follow any covid-19 recommendations or procedures released by QLD Health at any time. If this is subject to cancellation the cancellation policy above applies.

 
Guarantees: **Guarantee stand up on your first surf lesson or your next surf lesson free &ndash; Under conditions that the participant is active in the full length of the surf lesson &amp; fully complies to the instruction &amp; safety procedures from The Operator instructors. Failure to do so will make this offer void.

 
Indemnity: The Operator&rsquo;s directors, partners, management and staff shall not be responsible for death or injury to any persons, or loss or damage to any property due to a person&#39;s negligence.

 
Although we always endeavour to run our tours daily, participants safety is our number one priority and this is why we hold a 100% safety record. Please understand that on rare occasions due to our tours operating in a unique natural environment, time changes and postponement of the tour can happen and we understand they are not always convenient however may be required.
