This exciting river SUP experience will take you through the Daintree Rainforest, a World Heritage-listed site. While you explore the rich, calm surroundings, this low-impact trip will revitalise the body with a mild, full-body exercise. Take in all the sounds and views of the Daintree rainforest as you flow down the river.

Learn the tricks to walking on water, plunge into the refreshing crystal clear river, taste exotic fruits that the wet tropics has to offer, swing in the jungle as you take to the rope swing, indulge in the river&rsquo;s natural day spa, and be introduced to the native flora and fauna that makes up the World Heritage Daintree Rainforest.&nbsp; The dreamy downstream drift at the end lets you lay back, relax and go with the flow while gazing up at the canopy patterns and taking in the sounds of the rainforest.

Upon arrival, receive a full safety briefing and demo from your tour leaders before traversing through the crystalline freshwaters that flow down from the Mossman Gorge.&nbsp;The rainforest river is a gentle experience, so you&rsquo;re in a great place to learn how to control your paddleboard while you&rsquo;re looking for wildlife. Your guide will make sure you&rsquo;re having a safe and enjoyable experience. They&rsquo;ll confirm with you ahead of time how the water conditions are looking.&nbsp;This low impact adventure will energize the body with a gentle, full-body workout as you explore the rich, tranquil surroundings teeming with life.

Stop at beaches along the way to relax and look up at the greenery that surrounds you.&nbsp; There will be time to take a refreshing dip in the &lsquo;healing&rsquo; river waters of Kuku Yalanji country and cleanse yourself in a natural body scrub using ochre found on the banks, before tucking into a tropical fruit buffet.

Your tour finishes with some &lsquo;extreme lay-down paddle boarding&rsquo; &ndash; where you literally just lay back, relax and go with the flow during your dreamy drift downstream.
