Absolutely! The majority of our passengers are travelling solo. Kiwi Experience is a social experience guaranteed to leave with new friends for life from across the globe.

We recommend you budget between $70 - $100 daily to cover food and super fun times. Accommodation costs an average of 40-50$ per night. From time to time, it may be worth putting a little more aside to pay for the really crazy stuff like skydiving.

Our buses are ideal for the fun-loving and the spirited. We welcome anyone who wants to join us, but we suggest that you are under 35 years old. That’s the age range that most of our travellers fall into. You need to be at least 18 to travel with us, but there is no upper limit.

Only a small amount of cash is recommended. Everywhere you go in New Zealand credit cards will be accepted, and some places do not accept cash. 

Buses are scheduled so you have enough time for most of the activities – but feel free to chat to your driver guide about what you can fit into your plans!

Buses are not equipped with restrooms, but our drivers ensure to make all required stops for your convenience. 

Buses are equipped with air conditioning. Feel free to communicate with the driver if temperature adjustments are needed.

The Hop-on Hop-off coaches, you will be able to store your big luggage in the underneath compartment/trunk. Feel free to take a day bag on the overhead compartment with you. 

Remember we have a one bag, 23kg restriction, specially during busy summer times!
