	<li>Anyone with reasonable health and fitness can participate, but the upper weight limit is 18 stone 7 pounds (117 kg). There is no minimum weight limit</li>
	<li>Wheelchair users are welcome. Inform the local provider ahead of time using the contact details provided in your voucher</li>
	<li>Flights occur in 30-minute sessions, followed by a degear and instructor debrief. Plan for a total experience lasting at least 1 hour and 30 minutes</li>
