Wheelchair access: The boat, unfortunately, does not have ramp access. There are two steps up and a further four steps down. There is a handrail to the left side and a skipper and deckhand who will always offer to assist. Most wheelchairs can fit through the entrance. There is room at the rear to store walkers, wheelchairs &amp; prams.

The boat does not have toilets on board; however, there are public toilets located in Elder Park on Festival Drive, just under the Festival Centre.

The closest parking garage is Festival Car Park. There is also limited street parking along Victoria Drive.&nbsp;

Departing the Elder Park Landing, you will be served your refreshments and given time to catch up with friends and loved ones amid a scenic cruise of the Adelaide Riverbank on the iconic Popeye.&nbsp;

On the menu is a selection of finger sandwiches, scones, pastries and petit fours. On arrival, you&#39;ll set the tone for a relaxed afternoon with a glass of&nbsp;complimentary South Australian sparkling wine, beer, cider, or soft drink.

Of course, throughout the cruise, there is also bottomless coffee or tea from T Bar&#39;s Australiana collection. There is also an onboard bar for additional drink purchases like a cocktail or bottle of wine.&nbsp;

	If you would like to bring along an infant at no charge, please send The Operator an email. If there is availability, your little one is welcome; however, they will not be allocated a table setting, seat or food and will be expected to sit on your lap

	If minimum numbers are not reached in the week preceding your High Tea, you may be asked to change your cruise date.&nbsp;In the event of cancellation by the operator, customers will either be re-booked for an alternative date or a full refund will be given
