No problem, you have the option of either dolphin swimming or dolphin watching. So you can stay on-board and take photos or watch the dolphins play and frolic around Temptation&rsquo;s hulls and the swimmers. Contact us for more information and prices if you only want to watch.

The Operator has a&nbsp;100% success rate of seeing dolphins on the dolphin swim and watch cruise. However, they also have a money-back guarantee, if no dolphins are spotted throughout the course of the cruise they will refund you the full cost of the cruise.

You would be silly not to, this is an amazing up-close experience with wild dolphins. Every trip a crew member is taking photos of the dolphins for research and also photos of passengers in and out of the water. The dolphin watch is less physically demanding than the swim and suitable for all ages, however, unfortunately, the&nbsp;Temptation is not wheelchair friendly.

	<li>When participating in the Dolphin swim cruise, a waiver of liability will need to be signed. Swimmers under the age of 18 years will also need a signature from a responsible person (18 years and older)</li>
	<li>By participating in any activity with The Operator the passenger agrees to release The Operator and its respective officers, employees, agents and contractors, from all actions, demands, claims for cost, charges, damages, liabilities and expenses, which they have now or in the future against The Operator for death, bodily injury or any loss or damage that the passenger may sustain or incur as a result of participating in the activity. The passenger also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Operator in relation to any claims as a result of or arising in relation to, whether directly or indirectly, participating in the activity or any act or omission by the passenger in relation to the activity.</li>
	<li>Cruises may be cancelled last minute due to unforeseen weather conditions. If The Operator cancels any cruises due to unforeseen weather a full refund of the cruise amount paid will be refunded or you can reschedule for an alternative date.</li>
	<li>Children must be 9 years old and older to participate in the dolphin swim, anyone under this age can do the dolphin watch.</li>
	<li>Not suitable with people with a pacemaker, must be of relatively good fitness.</li>

		<li>At least a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required to secure your booking.</li>
		<li>The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to cruise departure.</li>
