It starts by exploring the flavour sensations&nbsp;of the Great Southern region at Duckett&rsquo;s Mill. This beautiful winery opened in 2004, and boasts a range of red and white wines, including Reisling, rose, and cabernet merlot. It&#39;s also home to&nbsp;Denmark Farmhouse Cheese. These award-winning and artisan cheeses are made by hand using milk from cows just down the road. Make sure you try the baked ricotta!

Next, it&#39;s time to relax at a long&nbsp;table lunch, including tastings of local wines and abundant produce of the&nbsp;Denmark region.

At The Lake House, you&#39;ll also find Vinofood. This brand combines food and wine into delicious creations such as&nbsp;chutneys, relishes, jams, sauces and&nbsp;sweet treats. All the products are handmade in small batches and are free of chemicals, preservatives and artificial colours. Pick up some indulgent rocky road, chardonnay and chilli salsa, or a selection of gourmet mustards.&nbsp;

Plus, it&#39;s also home to Winespa. This pure and natural range&nbsp;harnesses the amazing qualities of grape seed oil and extracts in a collection of natural bath and body skincare products.
