The Operator welcomes all guests and can customise private tours to suit guests' needs wherever possible. The tour details the walking track's length and nature of hikes as a guide to the level of mobility required. Some tracks are not suited to younger children.
However, The Operator is constrained in the service they provide by the vehicle fleet's infrastructure and the infrastructure of the locations visited on tour. The Operator is unable to provide an accessible bathroom at most locations visited, and access into the vehicles is not ramped and involves a step, so it is not suited to wheelchairs or guests with more limited mobility. TheOperatorr will contact each potential guest personally when booking to discuss their needs and the services.
