	<li>Top End Safari Camp is a remote location any guests on medication or with medical issues are advised to contact your doctor for clearance prior to travel. - All guests must advise their exact weight at the time of booking. If guests exceed their advised weight, travel may be refused.</li>
	<li>For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to the scheduled tour departures. Accurate individual passenger weights MUST be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate weights may result in the passenger(s) being unable to complete the airboat ride. This is all based on safety regulations which will never be compromised.</li>
	<li>The tou operator will take no responsibility for any costs associated with the passenger(s) being unable to complete the full tour if inaccurate weights are provided. If passenger(s) are unable to complete the full tour due to inaccurate weights no refund will be given.</li>
	<li>Pregnant women are advised not to participate in tours after the 34 week mark and we also recommended you seek medical advice from your doctor before joining a tour</li>
