The meet point for all horse and carriage tours is The Wine House, 426 McDonalds Rd, Pokolbin.

Please enter the driveway and go past The Wine House building where you will find our carriages at the end of the driveway. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your departure time.

Carriage tours proceed in wet weather as all the carriages are covered and have drop-down see-through curtains.

Join a unique way to experience the Hunter Valley with its beautiful scenery and award-winning wine and produce. Fit in as much as you can into your visit to the renowned wine region on a 3-hour guided experience via horse and carriage, including a visit and tastings at three local wineries. You will never want your day to&nbsp;end!

The venues visited on each day are dependent on availability and may include Pokolbin Estate,&nbsp;Tamburlaine Organic Wines,&nbsp;McGuigan Wines, Sobels Wines, Pokolbin Village Smelly Cheese, the Pokolbin Chocolate shop or the Pokolbin Chocolate Factory. Most of these venues will provide each group with private sit-down tastings where you will learn about the processes involved in making these beautiful wines.&nbsp;

Enjoy the magic of exploring the region in a horse-drawn carriage, which is completely covered and fitted with padded seats for your comfort. This memorable tour allows you to sit back and relax while completely immersing yourself in the surroundings&nbsp;and the experience of sampling some amazing Hunter Valley wines.&nbsp;In the event of wet weather, there are even drop-down see-through curtains on all carriages meaning no last-minute cancellations.&nbsp;

Enjoy the fresh country air as you are taken through local backroads and vineyards from one tasting experience to another by the beautiful-natured horses and some of the best tour guides in the Hunter Valley.&nbsp;
