It was a short flight, but it was an exciting once-in-a-lifetime experience. My wife and I both enjoyed it and had a great time. I believe the pilot was super cool and had that quick wit. The office personnel were pleasant and helpful, and they had all of my information readily available.

The view is great.

It was fantastic. The lady pilot was excellent. The view is better from higher up. This is something I would strongly recommend to anyone. You can fully appreciate the lovely winery.

Absolutely brilliant

On the way there, there was plenty of information, as well as people who were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this fun way to travel. Our host was fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Anyone looking for a fun day out should go here. I'll definitely do it again.

For our anniversary, my husband arranged for this heli-ride as a surprise. Both the flight and the service were excellent. The flight was amazing and extremely smooth. &#39;No show&#39; Policy: A booking will be deemed invalid if either, notice of cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time, or if the passenger(s) fail(s) to arrive at the nominated time and date.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Hunter Valley Helicopters due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen event not within our control. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the fight will receive a full refund less any credit card or transaction charges incurred by hunter valley helicopters. bookings canceled 24 to 48 hours before departure will will receive a 90% refund. NO REFUND will be given for flights canceled with less than 24 hours notice and for 10 and 15 min scenic flights NO REFUND will be given regardless of cancellation time.

Gift Vouchers: Bookings are essential to redeem your certificate. A gift voucher will be deemed void if either, notice of cancellation is not received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the voucher fails to arrive at the booked time. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift certificates are non refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
