There is accumulated walking of 1,500m over man-made, uneven surfaces. Good mobility is required.&nbsp;

Cutta Cutta Nature Park is located 28 km South of the Katherine Township along the Stuart Highway. Allow 30 mins travel time. Please meet at the Kiosk 10 mins before your tour departure time. There is parking onsite.&nbsp;

There is a Visitor Centre, kiosk, Tropical Woodland walk, picnic facilities, drinking water available, and public bathrooms.&nbsp;

Formed millions of years ago, the Cutta Cutta Caves system is home to various native wildlife and has a rich Indigenous culture and modern European history.

&nbsp;

Located 27 km South of Katherine, Cutta Cutta Caves Nature Park covers 1499 hectares of natural limestone landscape. Home to five species of bats, including the rare Ghost and Horseshoe bats and around 170 species of birds, including the Hooded Parrot and the endangered Gouldian Finch, it&rsquo;s a wildlife lover&rsquo;s paradise.

&nbsp;

Tropical cave systems like those in Cutta Cutta Caves Nature Park are limited in Australia and are, therefore, of scientific and conservation interest. They are the primary season the area has been declared an official Nature Park.

&nbsp;

Open seasonally from April until the end of October (subject to weather conditions); the park includes a Visitor Centre, kiosk, Tropical Woodland walk and an abundance of information for visitors about the local flora and fauna.
