	If you choose to cancel your tour and a refund is required (excludes customer rescheduled bookings, third party bookings and return tours due to no dolphins) a 5% booking fee is charged to cover bank charges and administration costs.

	Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or guests who do not turn up prior to departure will be charged 100% of the tour fees, guests who miss the tour can re-book another tour, however, a 50% booking fee will be charged.

Being wild and free, the dolphins aren&rsquo;t always located on every cruise. Should you not see the dolphins on your tour, you are welcome to come back for free anytime within 30 days.

The cruise&nbsp;commences in the morning&nbsp;with a welcome tea or coffee, after which you&#39;ll travel to the sheltered shallows of Port&nbsp;Phillip Bay to embark on an exciting wildlife adventure!

Once the dolphins are located on the boat, the tour divides into groups of 10&nbsp;and prepares to enter the water. You&#39;ll&nbsp;float on the surface of the water as&nbsp;your&nbsp;guides try to entice the dolphins to spend time with the group.&nbsp;The dolphins may swim beneath you or in a circle around you, showing off their&nbsp;amazing abilities.&nbsp;Time spent with the dolphins&nbsp;varies as they are completely wild and the&nbsp;interactions are on the animals&rsquo; terms.

You&#39;ll also get to meet the friendly, fun, and inquisitive Australian fur seals at Chinaman&#39;s Hat, where the clear shallow waters surround the boat. Look out for the giant smooth rays that glide on the seafloor. Try to spot the Weedy Seadragon, the famous and rare state marine emblem of Victoria.

Passengers travelling aboard the&nbsp;tour travel at their own risk and are subject to inherent risks involved with snorkelling, sightseeing cruise activity and boating in general, this included but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, harm by marine life, fellow passengers and participants, boarding or disembarking boats and I agree to assume such ricks.

The tour requires guests to have basic swimming ability to enjoy the experience safely. They do not cater for guests with NO swimming ability. Should guests turn up on the day with no swimming ability and be refused for safety reasons no refunds will be provided.

Children are required to be accompanied by an adult during all activities.

The tour advises guests to dress in accordance with the weather, as you may encounter a sea breeze whilst you are on board

Tours are weather-dependent and rely on suitable safe&nbsp;conditions. All tours are operated on the basis of interacting with wild&nbsp;animals. Please appreciate that they are completely wild and are not&nbsp;trained to interact with people. This tour&nbsp;operates on a high 85% success rate&nbsp;of swimming and interacting with the dolphins however cannot guarantee them&nbsp;on every tour. Should you not see them you are welcome to come back any time&nbsp;within 3 months of your last tour for free.

	The wildlife is very consistent in their habits and behavior, however, the tour asks you to approach every encounter with caution and respect, and to never assume that you&nbsp;have any control over their appearance.

	Previous experience has shown that the tour&nbsp;works on a 94% success rate with respect to the dolphins.
	</li>
	<li>
	Please be aware that the tour&nbsp;makes every effort to provide the best possible wildlife experience on the day however, there are no guarantees or refunds in the event of not finding any of the species listed in this brochure.

	In the event when dolphins are not located on the 3 Hour Swim Tour, the tour&nbsp;offers a &#39;Dolphin Guarantee&#39;&nbsp;valid for 3 months from your original date of booking.

	All guests must arrive at Sorrento Pier (your tour vessel is located at the end of the jetty) 20 minutes before departure.
	</li>
	<li>
	The summer holiday peak season can result in higher than usual traffic, so please allow an extra hour in January for travel and parking. Parking can be found around the pier $1.00 per hour, outside the Sorrento Hotel, or in the underground car park at Italico free of charge.
