The tour visits the following sites: St Patrick&#39;s Cathedral, the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), stately&nbsp;homes of Melbourne&#39;s inner suburbs,&nbsp;Lygon Street, Melbourne&#39;s &quot;Little Italy&quot;, Albert Park - home of the Formula 1 GP, Melbourne&#39;s Shrine of Remembrance and the idyllic Royal Botanic Gardens.&nbsp;

The Operator is able to provide an infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) free of charge. Please note there&#39;s only a limited number available each day and they must be pre-booked. Contact the Operator with your request and provide the age of your child along with your confirmation number and booking details.

No prams, strollers, luggage or large bags are permitted onboard our touring vehicles due to a lack of appropriate storage space.

Begin your day as you pass along the elegant Paris End of Collins Street, known for its upscale boutiques and historic buildings, including St. Michael&rsquo;s and Scots&rsquo; Church, which offer an insight into the city&rsquo;s rich architectural heritage.

&nbsp;

Your first stop is Hosier Lane, Melbourne&rsquo;s vibrant street art hub. Here, you can wander through a kaleidoscope of colours and creativity as the ever-changing murals capture the essence of the city&rsquo;s artistic culture. Moving forward, you&rsquo;ll drive by iconic landmarks such as the Magnificent Flinders Street Station, St. Paul&rsquo;s Cathedral, and Federation Square, each representing Melbourne&rsquo;s fusion of old and new.

The tour continues through the Arts Precinct, where you&rsquo;ll glimpse some of Melbourne&rsquo;s most prestigious cultural institutions. Soon, you&rsquo;ll arrive at the Shrine of Remembrance, a solemn tribute to Australia&rsquo;s service men and women. Take in the beautiful views of the city skyline from the top of this historic monument.

As the journey progresses, you&rsquo;ll travel through Melbourne&rsquo;s famed Sports Precinct, home to legendary venues like Melbourne Park and Rod Laver Arena. A brief stop at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) Forecourt allows you time to admire this iconic stadium, renowned for hosting world-class sporting events, such as the Olympics, AFL (Australian Football League), and cricket matches.

Afterwards, the tour takes you past the Old Treasury Building and Parliament House where you can view the lively streets of Chinatown. Next, you&rsquo;ll visit the awe-inspiring St Patrick&rsquo;s Cathedral, where you can take in the stunning Gothic architecture, complete with towering spires and intricate stained glass.

The next stop in Fitzroy Gardens allows you to view Cooks&rsquo; Cottage and the Conservatory, where beautifully landscaped grounds create a peaceful retreat. Then, you catch a glimpse of the Little Lon Distilling Co., a small yet charming location offering a snapshot from one of Melbourne&rsquo;s most notorious districts from the 1850&rsquo;s.

Following a stop at Old Melbourne Gaol, the scene of 133 hangings including Australia&#39;s most infamous citizen, the bushranger Ned Kelly, we drive past Melbourne&rsquo;s &ldquo;Little Italy&rdquo; Lygon Street, the Royal Exhibition Building, and Queen Victoria Market. You&rsquo;ll get a glance of the vibrant culture that makes Melbourne so special.

So we&rsquo;re happy to provide you a&nbsp;hassle-free, 100% refund&nbsp;if you give us 24 hours notice.

Inside of 24 hours, we&rsquo;ve already started planning for your visit, and can&rsquo;t easily fill your slot, so sadly we can&rsquo;t provide you a refund in that case.

Very occasionally, we&rsquo;re the ones that have to cancel. We&rsquo;ll do everything in our power not to, but if we do we&rsquo;ll offer you the opportunity to reschedule, or a full refund if you prefer.

Please note also that a &ldquo;cancellation&rdquo; includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

For this reason we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.

<h3>Refund Protect</h3>

When booking directly with Go West Tours, for a small additional fee guests may purchase refund protection which ensures they will receive a 100% refund of their tour fare even if they are required to cancel their tour in the 24 hours for the tour departure time. <h3>Children&rsquo;s Fares</h3>

Our children&rsquo;s fares apply to all travellers under 16 years of age, including infants. All persons travelling on our tours must have a separate seat booked for their use. Our children&rsquo;s fares are $20 less than the full adult fare.

<h3>Discounts</h3>

We consider our tours fully discounted and we are certain that you will find that they are considerably better value than those offered by our larger competitors.

However, if both of our tours are booked together at the same time we do offer a discount of $10 per person off the total price of the two tours. This discount is not applicable in combination with any special offer discount.

We do not offer further discounts except for groups of 5 or more.

<h3>Travel Insurance</h3>

Travel insurance is not included. We recommend you have appropriate insurance, including a cancellation policy.

<h3>Tour Prices &amp; Itinerary</h3>

Our current prices and inclusions are valid until 31st March 2024. Go West Tours reserves the right to amend prices and change itineraries in unforeseen circumstances.
