The Supplier operates in all weather conditions including when it is raining, guests are encouraged to check the weather forecast on their day of experience and dress appropriately for the weather.

Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times whilst on the property and on the vessels. Infants (0-4 years old) are free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. Prams are not allowed on the vessels. Parents are not encouraged to bring life jackets for children/infants but can if they wish to, our vessels operate in full compliance with AMSA requirements and are fitted with all the safety equipment required.

	February cruises will operate twice a day on a low tide and are subject to weather conditions. Please call and check tides &amp; conditions.

	You must be 16 years old or older to book. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring their group is aware of all conditions and cancellation policies that apply to the booking.

	If you are not present at the designated tour departure point at your departure time -&nbsp;you will be classed as a no show.

	The Supplier does not delay departure times or stop vessels from departing for late arrivals. You must notify The Supplier if you are late to move your booking to the next departure time permitting there is availability.

	Refunds are not applicable to late arrivals or no shows.
