	<li>Cancellation outside 48 hours will be looked at in a case-by-case scenario and in most cases, a credit can be given, this will be confirmed by management.</li>
	<li>If you have cancellation protection that covers any reason for cancellation this will cover the cost of your tour in any event.</li>
	<li>If you fail to show up for your tour or are not on time for the pickup, you will not receive a refund, you may be able to rebook however a rebooking and administration fee may be charged.</li>
