Paddle through Noosa Heads&#39; hidden waterways and mangrove tunnels with our new 2-hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) tour. Designed for both beginners and experienced paddlers, this tour offers a&nbsp; stand up paddle boarding experience in a beautiful and relaxing setting.&nbsp;

Our professional instructors will start with a brief on-water training session to ensure you are comfortable and confident on your board. Once you are ready, we will guide you through the tranquil and less-travelled paths of Noosa&rsquo;s waterways, including some hidden mangrove tunnels.

&nbsp;

As you paddle, immerse yourself in the lush landscapes and vibrant local wildlife. The calm waters provide a perfect backdrop for spotting native birds, sting rays, and perhaps even dolphins in their natural habitat.

There is a nice spot along the way where we will stop so you can have a quick and refreshing swim. This is totally optional though!
