Specific information regarding accessibility onboard our vessels.

The vessels are among the largest cruising the Swan River, and are very stable. The are professionally and expertly trained to only take vessels out when it is safe to do so and the ultimate decision rests with them.

Should the weather be extreme, and we are unable to run safely, we will advise passengers with as much notice as possible, and offer to transfer to a different date or refund as applicable. To avoid any inconvenience to your plans, please ensure that you provide Captain Cook Cruises WA with your mobile contact at the time of booking, so that we can contact you at short notice.

During winter, due to high tides and storm fronts, there may be occasions where the upstream vessels are unable to navigate under certain bridges. On these occasions we reserve the right to use alternative landing jetties to those stated in our literature and transport passengers by coach to their destination or cancel as necessary.

The vessels are fully licensed. No BYO (except water) is permitted.

No alcohol can be removed from the vessels. The exception to this Law is when the alcohol has been purchased at 3rd party venues (e.g. Sandalford Estate or Mandoon) or is expressly sold on certain vessels under our "liquor store licence" which authorises the sale of packaged liquor for consumption off premises only.

The tour operator is proudly NON SMOKING AND VAPING for the health, comfort and wellbeing of our passengers, visitors and staff.
