	The Operator may cancel or reschedule a Tour, for safety or other operational reasons, at its absolute discretion. If a Tour is cancelled and you are unable to attend a rescheduled Tour, the full price of the Ticket or Package Ticket will be refunded.

	No other compensation will be payable to you, and the Operator will not otherwise be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with cancellation or rescheduling of a Tour (including travel or other out of pocket expenses).

	You may cancel a Ticket or Package Ticket, however if a Ticket or Package Ticket is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled Tour you will not be entitled to any refund of the Ticket or Package Ticket price.

The HALO tour takes approximately 90 minutes from start to finish and requires a general level of physical fitness to take part. No specific training is required before the HALO tour, however, you will be given a safety briefing and guidance from your Tour Leader on the day.

The more the merrier. To participate you must be at least 8 years, 1.2 metres tall and weigh a minimum of 30kgs. All children must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum of three children per adult.

Please meet at The Ozone located on the west side of Optus Stadium (next to Gate D), directly underneath the City View Caf&eacute;. See the map.

Check the weather forecast the night before your experience. We recommend wearing weather appropriate comfortable clothing. Less clothing is it&#39;s hot, more clothing if it&#39;s cold.

You&#39;ll be provided with a jumpsuit and an OZONE cap, sunscreen is a must on warmer days!

We recommend rubber-soled shoes used for sporting activities such as running, walking or hiking. But any flat, enclosed toe shoe will do. We&#39;re a no to flip-flops, thongs, sandals, jandals, pluggers or plakkies (or whatever you call them around the world!)
