Clothes you can get wet, such as swimmers or boardshorts, reef-safe sunscreen and a towel.
Photo ID will be required.
We recommend not taking your personal belongings on the water, but are welcome to at the owners' risk.
A water-resistant phone case or sunglasses straps are available for pre-purchase.
Opening hours change with the seasons and if there are any special events. However, we currently operate from 10am – 5pm 7 Days and on public holidays weather permitting. If in doubt, please get in contact.
Anyone that wants to ride anything with The Operator must watch the safety video, register an account and sign the waiver. Riders over the age of 18 need their own account to sign the waiver. Riders under 18 will need a parent or guardian to create an account, sign the waiver on their behalf detailing their name and date of birth.
