The Lady Douglas leaves from Berth C16, Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina, Port Douglas. Lady Douglas is located on the main boardwalk directly in front of Lure Restaurant, next to Sailaway, there will be a large red umbrella at the berth to look out for.

The Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina is on Wharf St, which is a very short walk from the main street of Port Douglas; Macrossan Street. This is a short walk from most accommodation. Lady Douglas does not pickup. Please make your own way to the Marina via car or local shuttle bus.

Boarding for all tours is 15 minutes prior to departure.

Lady Douglas has a government approved CovidSafe Plan onboard, this is on display on the bar area for viewing. Please ensure at least one member of your group has downloaded the CovidSafe APP before boarding.
Some changes The Operator has had to make are: Social distancing at waiting area, during tour and on all seating. Disposable cups and individual food trays for snacks. Hand sanitiser throughout vessel. Recording name, address and phone number from at least one member of your group.
