Even with The Operator's excellent sighting percentage, the crew do, on occasion (although rare), not find dolphins or whales. If this is the case on the day you travel with valid tickets on a cruise that does not sight whales (on a whale watch cruise) or dolphins (on a dolphin watch cruise), you will be issued free of charge return voucher. This voucher is issued on a stand-by basis. This offer is only valid for tickets purchased directly with The Operator or one of its agents.
Please be aware: For passengers returning with a stand-by voucher, there is limited availability on this vessel. Contact the Operator's office to discuss other options on another scheduled cruise that may have availability.
This is an offshore cruise and is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
Please do not assume a cruise is cancelled if it's raining. If you have any concerns, please ring The Operator's office at +61 460 734 476. They can give you more information as well as weather updates. They monitor the weather closely, and decisions are made based on safety as well as guest comfort. Cruises cancelled due to poor weather/sea conditions are done so for the safety and comfort of the guests.
Should a cruise not operate for any reason, guests will be given the opportunity to reschedule or offered a full refund. The Operator always tries to give guests as much notice as possible if they need to cancel a cruise.
Due to the limited size and narrow boarding access to the vessel – it is not.
Envision does not have any snack or beverage facilities. Guests are welcome to bring food (fruit, sandwiches, and snack bars recommended) and beverages onboard.
'Sea sickness' can be different for individuals, making it difficult to advise on the matter. If you suffer from other types of motion sickness, such as on a plane or in a car, you might get seasick.
PREVENTION is better than CURE. If you have concerns about seasickness, you should seek advice from a local pharmacy about preventatives before the cruise.
Due to the limited area on the vessel and the safety of all passengers, prams are not permitted onboard.
