The experience lasts approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the selected departure.
The cruise departs from either Darling Harbour (King Street Wharf 1) or Circular Quay (Wharf 6). Your departure location will be confirmed on your booking.
If departing from Darling Harbour on the early service, boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. Guests should allow enough time to check in before the cruise departs.
The cruise features a five-course degustation menu, including signature dishes such as seared scallops and beef tenderloin.
The Gold Penfolds Dinner includes matched Penfolds wines and premium beverages. On the Gold Dinner option, beverages are not included but can be purchased onboard.
As this is a specialty menu, special diet variations are not available. Vegetarian and gluten-free guests can choose an entrée, main course and dessert from the Starlight Dinner menu, however discounts do not apply. Requests for specialty diets, substitutions and menu modifications cannot be accommodated.
