Join us for an unforgettable day tour through the stunning landscapes of Tasmania&rsquo;s deep South, where crisp apples, fresh salmon, and ancient trees await!

Our journey begins in Huonville, where you can grab a coffee to-go and pick up any essentials before we embark along the picturesque Huon River. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive while learning about the region&#39;s renowned apple orchards, craft cider, boutique wineries, and salmon farms.

Next, we head to the Tahune Airwalk, where you&#39;ll have two hours to explore this breathtaking area. Choose from three incredible walks: the iconic Airwalk, a 600-meter stroll 50 meters above the ground through the towering eucalyptus canopy; the adventurous Swinging Bridges Track, a 3.4-kilometer trail featuring two thrilling suspension bridges over the Huon and Picton rivers; or a peaceful riverside walk beneath the ancient 2,500-year-old Huon pines&mdash;like stepping back in time!

After lunch, we&#39;ll travel further south to the enchanting Hastings Caves. Your guided tour (included) through Australia&rsquo;s largest dolomite cave will reveal stunning formations and the area&rsquo;s rich geological history. While exploring the reserve, keep an eye out for native wildlife such as platypus, quolls, and pademelons.

At some point in the day, you&rsquo;ll enjoy a delicious Huon Valley tasting board featuring local specialties like smoked salmon, cheeses, honey, fresh bread, and seasonal fruits. As we head back to Hobart, we&rsquo;ll stop at a local cider house for a tasting of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options or treat yourself to a seasonal apple crumble&mdash;an ideal way to end the day. Unwind in a historic venue, share stories with fellow travelers, and raise a glass to a day well spent!
