Limited storage space is available on our vehicle. Each traveller may bring 1 x 15 kg travel bag and 1 x 5 kg day bag. Larger suitcases should be stored at  your hotel during the tour.

A minimum moderate fitness level is necessary to complete the walks, which range from 1 km to 2 km each day, often over steep rocky sections and in direct sunlight and high humidity. An approximate 4.5km walk is included in this tour. Walks will be conducted at the guide’s discretion for guest safety. A doctor’s certificate is required for participants over 70 years old, submitted at least 30 days prior to travel.

Yes, please notify The Operator if you have any dietary requirements or medical conditions at the time of booking or at least a few days before departure; that way, they make any necessary arrangements.

It is recommended that all passengers have personal travel insurance, given the tour is actively exploring remote parts of the west coast of Australia with limited access to health professionals in the event of sickness or injury. 

The weather in Western Australia can fluctuate and be extreme at times. It is not unheard of for temperatures to reach over 40+ degrees Celsius during the day, and the temperature drops dramatically in the evening. Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are travelling and have packed adequate clothing. In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the provider.

Basic Shared Accommodation (MM4-B) is restricted to Adults only 18+ years and over, as travellers stay in a shared room with shared ensuite. Not suitable for children.

Private Double/Twin Room (MM4-S): For Adults and Children staying in a double or twin room with ensuite and must be purchased by Qty2 people staying together.

Private Single Room (MM4-P): Restricted to Adults only (18+ years old and over) with ensuite.

Solo Travellers: Solo travellers who book separately in a Basic Shared Accommodation (MM4-B) will be paired with another solo traveller in a twin or triplet room, where possible of the same gender but not guaranteed.

Guests are encouraged to participate in meal preparation, unpacking, and loading luggage into the vehicles. This collaborative effort promotes a relaxed atmosphere, fostering connections among travellers after a day of touring.
