You will be maximum 10 people in the van, plus the guide, plus the driver.
This tour can run Rain or Shine! In the event of a major event or severe weather, the tour operator will contact you.
It not mandatory but is customary to tip guides and field teams as a thank you for excellent service.
The price includes Pick Up & Drop Off in front of your Hotel/Villa in Tulum City and Tulum Hotel Zone.
If you wish to be picked up somewhere else in the Riviera Maya, this is possible. The extra fee depends on the zone. At the moment of booking you will see the different zones and prices.
The shared group tour require a minimum of 4 people to run the tour. If this minimum is not hit, the tour operator reserve the right to cancel the tour, in which case we will contact you to offer an alternative tour or send a refund.
