In the event, you have purchased a Private tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, the tour operator may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

	<li>7 - 10 days prior to the date of the tour - 25% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges</li>
	<li>73 hours - 6 days prior to the date of the tour - 50% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges</li>
	<li>72 hours or less will be charged 100% of the ticket</li>
	<li>Admin charges may apply for any cancellation</li>
</ul>

We offer complimentary pick ups and drop offs from any Auckland Central Accommodation. If you wish to be picked up or dropped off at a different location please let us know when you make the booking.

You don&rsquo;t need to have previous horse riding experience to join the tour. But please let us know when you make the booking so we can match you with the right horse on the day.
