	<li>The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour on the day, due to weather or any safety concerns. If this is done, the tour will be postponed or a full refund will be made.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>If a cancellation is made 24hrs prior to the scheduled departure, with consultation of the the tour operators&nbsp;manager, a full refund will be made. A postponement to another day, will also not incur any charges.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>If, for any reason you choose to not participate in the tour for the date booked, the tour operator will be happy to postpone your reservation if you contact them no less than 3 hours prior to you tour&#39;s departure. No cancellation refunds will be offered.</li>
	<li>If persons fail to arrive for departure of the tour, without notifying the tour operator before the stated departure time, the full balance of the tour payment will be withheld.</li>

This tour is great fun allowing you to appreciate the beautiful scenery, birdlife and Glowworms from your seat in our Big Kanu.

Taking place at Lake McLaren, it is only a 25 minute drive from Tauranga&rsquo;s CBD. Launch the Big Kanu from the lakes edge and paddle together through the calm waters towards the head of the lake.

A narrow, high-sided canyon is the home to thousands of Glowworms scattered like the night stars. Learn about the life cycle and peculiarities of the Glowworms from our knowledgeable guides. Our tour departs once a day before sunset so we are able to admire the luminescent glow in full darkness.
