While the Diamond Head hike is suitable for beginners and most ages and abilities, a moderate level of fitness would be recommended due to the elevation. The round trip is around 2.5 km and takes approximately 2 hours to complete, with sections of the climb all stairs and quite steep. It is not recommended to participate if you meet any of the following conditions; heart disease, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, anemia, a feeling of unwellness or have small children. 

Get picked up from your hotel or the closest pick-up point to your hotel in the Waikiki/Kahala area between 5:30am and 5:45am. The exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed one day before the tour by email or phone.
